Upon arrival at the port, you can temporarily park your car at the ships’ berths to unload your luggage. However, long-term parking on the Nieuwe Willemskade is not possible. It is advisable to reserve a parking space through Parking Harlingen. Keep in mind the closing times of the parking lots.

From the south-
Take the A7 towards Arnhem-Zwolle-Lemmer-Joure-Sneek-Afsluitdijk. At the Afsluitdijk, take the Harlingen exit. After about 3 kilometers, take the Kimswerd exit. Take the traffic circle 3 quarters. Follow the road along the dike. After about 2 kilometers you are at the harbor.

From the north-
Take A7 direction Groningen-Heerenveen-Joure-Sneek Afsluitdijk. At the Afsluitdijk, take the Harlingen exit. After about 3 kilometers, take the Kimswerd exit. Take the traffic circle three-quarters. Follow the road along the dike. After about 2 kilometers you are at the harbor.

From central Netherlands-
Take A7 direction Utrecht-Amersfoort-AlmereLelystad-Emmeloord-Lemmer-Joure-Sneek-Afsluitdijk. At the Afsluitdijk, take the Harlingen exit. After about 3 kilometers, take the Kimswerd exit. Take the traffic circle three-quarters. Follow the road along the dike. After about 2 kilometers you will be at the harbor.

From Amsterdam-
Take the A7 towards Hoorn-Den Oever-Afsluitdijk. Take the Kimswerd exit for about 3 kilometers. Take the traffic circle three-quarters. Follow the road along the dike. After about 2 kilometers you are at the harbor.
