Catering options on board
During your trip with Solar Wind, take advantage of our extensive catering options. Whether you choose a day, weekend or multi-day trip, our catering will complete your sailing experience.
Half board:
- Breakfast with freshly baked breads, cheese, cold cuts, fruit juice, coffee and tea.
- Coffee and cake in the morning break.
- A full lunch of soup, a hot sandwich, cheese, cold cuts and fruit.
- Snacks such as chocolate and nuts in the afternoon.
Full board:
- All half-board meals supplemented by a two-course or three-course dinner.
- Choose from main dishes such as Friesian stews, chicken tandoori, or vegetarian specialties.
- Desserts such as farmhouse ice cream with whipped cream, tiramisu or tropical yogurt.
Weekend Package:
- A combination of full board on Saturday and half board on Sunday, ideal for a relaxing weekend on the water.
All meals are prepared with fresh ingredients and local products, such as meat from the certified butcher and organic dairy products.


Beverages and extensions
In addition to delicious meals, you can also choose a beverage package. You will be provided with draught beer, wine, fruit juices, soft drinks and mineral water throughout the day. This package is available from €35 per person per day. Want to expand your catering? Choose additional salads, appetizers or an elaborate dessert. Tell us your wishes when you order and we will provide a culinary experience that completely suits your party.
Frequently asked questions about catering
You can make your catering requests up to 21 days before departure. Final changes, such as the number of people, can be made up to 5 days before departure.
Yes, we are happy to accommodate dietary needs and allergies. Please communicate these with your reservation so we can adjust the menu accordingly.
The following cancellation conditions apply: – After booking: 15% of the cost. – One week before departure: 30% of the cost. – Less than one week before departure: 100% of the cost.
If catering for several days, we make a cabin available for the cook. If the cook cannot spend the night on board, we charge €120 per night for a stay ashore.
