Processing personal data

Your personal data are processed by Zonnewind Zeilreizen for the following purposes:

• For the performance of a contract with you.

• Information regarding your diet if you report dietary requirements when booking your trip.

We may provide the information you provide to us to third parties as necessary to carry out the purposes described above.

For example, we use a third party for:

• Carrying out the trip you have booked with us;
• Taking care of the Internet environment of Zonnewind Sailing Tours;
• Taking care of the (financial) administration;

We only pass on personal data to other parties with whom we have concluded a processing agreement. With these parties (processors) we make the necessary agreements to ensure the security of your personal data. Furthermore, we will not provide the data you have provided to other parties, unless this is legally required and permitted.
