Day trip on the Passaat: sailing, sun and salty air
Experience the Wadden in one day

“Heading for the horizon together, cozy on deck in the cockpit and enjoying the weather.”
A weekend to blow out
Fancy a day on the water? On a day trip with the clipper Passaat you will experience the Wadden Sea up close – sailing between sandbanks, under an open sky and with views to the horizon. You don’t have to have any sailing experience: whoever wants to, can help on deck, but you can also just sit back and enjoy the wind in your face.
We sail with the tide, find a nice spot to drop anchor or dry for a while, and take time along the way for a shared lunch on board. In just a few hours, it feels like you’re really getting away from it all.
Based on your wishes and the state of it, your itinerary will be tailor-made so it is possible to explore the IJsselmeer or Waddenzee together for a weekend, midweek or a whole week. Would you like to spend an evening falling dry on the mud flats or would you rather explore the hotspots of West-Friesland?
