The sailing trip of a lifetime
Fancy a week completely away from the daily hustle and bustle? Step aboard the Passaat for a relaxing sailing trip across the Wadden Sea. Together you will spend a week discovering the magic of wind, water and tide. We let the route be determined by the elements and your wishes, every day brings a new view, another island or perhaps a sandbank that has fallen dry. On board there is plenty of time for rest, good conversations, good food and the rhythm of sailing. A week to catch your breath, be surprised and really experience the Wadden Sea.
Based on your wishes and the state of it, your itinerary will be tailor-made so it is possible to explore the IJsselmeer or Waddenzee together for a weekend, midweek or a whole week. Would you like to spend an evening falling dry on the mud flats or would you rather explore the hotspots of West-Friesland?

The Passaat
Historic clipper the Passaat, with its blend of modern amenities and Historic style, is the perfect ship for any voyage. With room for 28 people, there is plenty of room for everyone. In addition, our experienced crew will ensure a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere so all you have to do is enjoy yourself.
A week of enjoyment
The sailing week can be booked throughout the season (from March through October). The sailing week starts on a day of your choice and lasts seven full days. From 10:00 am you are welcome on board and after everyone is settled, the skipper will start planning the sailing week. During the sailing week you will explore the islands of Texel, Terschelling, Vlieland and Ameland. The special thing about the sailing week is that you also experience how the dry fall is done. You can then walk for miles over the mudflats and with bright weather swimming is also possible!
