A weekend to blow out
Time for a short escape? Hop aboard the clipper Passaat for a relaxing weekend on the water. Two nights, three days away from the clock. Sailing the Wadden Sea, sleeping on board, and surrounded by air, wind and space. The Wadden changes with the tide, and the course we set together with the wind. Along the way we fall dry on a sandbank, moor at an island, or stay in the middle of the sea for a quiet night under the stars.
A weekend on the Passaat feels like a small expedition: active and stilling at the same time. You don’t have to have sailing experience – you can help, but nothing is compulsory. On board there is room for meeting and rest, for good food, a book on deck or a walk on the Wadden Sea. Leave the mainland behind and get carried away.
Based on your wishes and the state of it, your itinerary will be tailor-made so it is possible to explore the IJsselmeer or Waddenzee together for a weekend, midweek or a whole week. Would you like to spend an evening falling dry on the mud flats or would you rather explore the hotspots of West-Friesland?
The Passaat
Historic clipper the Passaat, with its blend of modern amenities and Historic style, is the perfect ship for any voyage. With room for 28 people, there is plenty of room for everyone. In addition, our experienced crew will ensure a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere so all you have to do is enjoy yourself.
